Holiday Return Policy
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 13, 2023
Our Holiday Return Policy is in effect between November 13, 2023 and January 15, 2023. Purchases made between November 13, 2023 and December 15, 2023 are eligible for return up until January 15, 2023. Purchases made after December 15, 2023 are eligible for return if postmarked within 30 days of receiving your package. You can refer to our usual return policy HERE. We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us by email within 72 hours of delivery.
Please see our requirements and procedures below:
- REFUNDS - We DO NOT offer returns for refunds to original form of payment
- Store Credits- Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit in your inbox.
- Size Exchanges- Please fill out the return form HERE and write the size you are wanting in provided location. Include this form in package when mailing back your return.
**Please note: your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase. Store credits will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
- Final Sale - All items ending in .00 are sale items and are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or size exchanges. Items include: Style Grab, Collection Sales, Flash Sale, Doorbusters and any orders made during Power Hour Sale. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
The following items do not qualify for a return of any kind:
- Flash sale items
- Style grab items
- Single sale items
- Collection sale items
- Sale items (ending in .00)
- Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
- Hair accessories
Sending Back Returns
- Please fill out the return form HERE. Returns MUST either a completed return form or original invoice to be processed!
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and must have original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and subject to additional shipping costs.
- Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.
- We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time For Returns
- Please allow 5-14 BUSINESS DAYS for processing holiday returns and exchanges.
- Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit or confirming your size exchange. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. This is why we recommend hanging onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived.
- Please reach out on the 14th Business day if you have not received your gift card in your inbox.
**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, wash, alteration, misuse, or damage.***This return policy supersedes any previous or printed copy of our policy. Updated 11/06/2023
